In-Line Automatic Sprinkler Valve for 1 Female Threaded Connection

The Rain Bird CP100 In-Line Automatic Sprinkler Valve is a 1" Threaded Female Inlet x Female Outlet valve designed for exceptional quality and performance. Manufactured by the renowned irrigation experts at Rain Bird, this residential and light commercial grade valve is built to replace any existing in-line irrigation valves installed below ground.

Featuring a unique reverse-flow design, the CP100 valve helps prevent flooding in the event of an internal diaphragm failure, keeping the valve closed and conserving water. The valve can be operated automatically via any standard 24 volt AC irrigation timer/controller, or manually using the convenient bleed screw. Equipped with a Buna-N (nitrile rubber) diaphragm, this valve offers superior performance even in harsh water environments.

An energy-efficient, low power encapsulated solenoid with a captured plunger ensures reliable operation, while the valve's construction allows it to be used with all types of watering devices, including Rain Bird spray heads, rotors, and impact sprinklers. The CP100 is intended for below-ground installation within a valve box, downstream from the main line and any required backflow prevention devices.
